چکیده
We present the automation of a subtraction method for photon radiation using the dipole formalism within the MadGraph framework. The subtraction terms are implemented both in dimensional regularization and mass regularization for massless and massive cases and non-collinear-safe observables are accounted for. متن کاملAssessment of the effects of radiation type and energy on the calibration of TLD-100
Introduction: In radiation therapy, knowing the dose rates to healthy organs and tumors is beneficial, and thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) allows for this possibility. This study was aimed at determining the dose-response differences of TLDs in various types of radiation, energy levels, and dose rate calibrated with other types of radiation beams and energy and dose levels. Materials and Meth...
متن کاملEvaluation of Breast Cancer Radiation Therapy Techniques in Outfield Organs of Rando Phantom with Thermoluminescence Dosimeter
Background: Given the importance of scattered and low doses in secondary cancer caused by radiation treatment, the point dose of critical organs, which were not subjected to radiation treatment in breast cancer radiotherapy, was measured. Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the peripheral dose in two techniques of breast cancer radiotherapy with two energies. Methods: Eight diff...
متن کاملEvaluation of Iridium_192 radioisotope dosimeter calculations for vascular Brachiotherapy
Introduction: One of the most effective means for treatment of coronary arteries cramp (CHD) is coronary intravascular Brachiotherapy. In this study, with use of MCNP code, in order to invastigating the score of ditribution of absorbed dose, drope in dose, and simulation mean, radiation doses around iridium_192 radioactive has been done. Materials and Methods:</str...
متن کاملMeasuring the photon and thermal neutron dose values of contralateral breast surface undergone breast cancer radiation therapy
This research aimed to measure the received photon and thermal neutron doses to contralateral breast (CB) surface in breast cancer radiation therapy for different field sizes in presence of dynamic and physical wedges. The photon and thermal neutron doses were measured by thermo uminescent dosimeter (TLDs) chips for 11 × 13, 11 × 17 and 11 × 21 cm2 field sizes in presence of physical and dynamic ...
